In the event the Second Party desires to sell said property, she must tender to First Party a copy of a fully executed contract for sale. The First Party shall have thirty (30) days after the tender of the contract to elect whether or not to purchase back said property for the same purchase price as set forth in the contract of sale to the third party. If the First Party elects to purchase back said property, it shall have sixty (60) days from the date of tender of the contract to close on said purchase.
