Mr. Clarence Vaughn, III is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a B. A. in Business Administration, School of Business Industry where he was highly involved in service and civic organizations such as, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated, Student Government Association, and NAACP. He went on and earned his Masters of Business Administration, concentrating in Organization Management with honors from Syracuse University where he was awarded the “Total Betterment of Whitman School of Management”. He served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for US Bank, Tennessee Division. He is on the board of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Commission and the Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum as well as the Finance Committee for Helen Ross McNabb Center. He is also a Charter Member of the Knoxville Area Urban League Young Professional.
