Mooreland Heights Elementary School will perform The Aristocats on Thursday, March 21. The musical will feature third, fourth and fifth grade students and take place at 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The integration of the musical is a part of the school’s “Arts 360” program.  Arts 360 is a whole-school instructional model that makes arts-based and arts integrated learning a focal point of the curriculum. Arts360° is based on the innovative Artist to Artist model pioneered by the Perpich Center for Arts Education, the North Dakota Council on the Arts, and the Minnesota State Arts Board. It includes year-round professional development for classroom teachers, arts specialists, and teaching artists.

Due to space restraints the musical will be performed at South Doyle Middle School located at 3900 Decatur Road.  For more information, please contact Brandi Self at 579-2105 or brandi.self@knoxschools.org.
