THE Neighborhood Scoop to be held August 25

Town Hall East will host its annual ice cream social, THE Neighborhood Scoop, on Saturday, August 25, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Tank Strickland Park — next to the Burlington Branch Library — 4614 Asheville Highway. There will be free ice cream and lemonade and  a raffle of door prizes. This is a great chance to meet and socialize with your neighbors.
