Join for networking, breakfast and guest speaker David Dewhirst, P.E., who will speak about downtown and historic development.

David Dewhirst has an engineering background and began his career in aerodynamics work. When he returned to Knoxville in 1993, he managed a start-up technology company.

In 1998, David started his own real estate development, property management, and general contracting firms.  He is now one of the major property owners in the central business district, owning more than 30 historic downtown properties.

David and his wife, Tracy, a veterinarian, have two young children whom they raise in both downtown Knoxville and their county farm.
