Tonight at World’s Fair Park the “Relay for Life” event took place. Vendors from the local business community set up concession stands selling food as well as items relating to the fight against cancer (pink ribbons and other items.) One corporation whose generosity was clearly evident was Pilot Flying J. They had a frozen drink machine, popcorn, ribbons, and an 18 wheeler for young children to have their picture taken in.
