Update from the Farragut Business Alliance

There will be lots going on at the Farragut Municipal Planning Commission (FMPC) meeting this Thursday, Dec. 20th that will impact both the businesses and residents of Farragut.

The Town will hold a public hearing at 6:45pm to solicit final public comment on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, prior to adoption consideration by the FMPC. Subsequently, during the regular meeting, Jeff Winston with Winston Associates will present the final plan for consideration.

FMPC will also be considering a Grand Opening Ordinance, which will give businesses new to Farragut the opportunity for better exposure and affordable options regarding signage. The proposed ordinance can be accessed here.
Remember, if you would like your voice to be heard on these and other issues, it is important that you participate on the front-end. The meeting is being held at Farragut Town Hall (11408 Municipal Center Drive) across from the Farragut branch of the US Post Office.
