The Young Professionals of Knoxville are accepting new members for the Spring 2016 class until April 15, 2016.
The Young Professionals of Knoxville is a group of young men and women taking an active interest in the development of the Knoxville community. Their mission is to inspire Knoxville’s young professionals to connect, develop and serve to build leaders and improve the community, making Knoxville a better place to live, work and play.
Events and opportunities hosted by the Young Professionals of Knoxville include monthly networking socials, after-hours business tours, volunteer opportunities and exclusive professional development workshops. Past events include facility tours and speakers from U.S. Cellular, FBI, PetSafe, Tennessee Theatre, Cherokee Distributing and Scripps Networks’s HGTV. Speakers include Knoxville City Mayor Madeline Rogero, University of Tennessee football and basketball head coaches, CEO of Regal Entertainment Group Amy Miles and CEO of Pilot Flying J Jimmy Haslam. Young Professionals of Knoxville members receive exclusive discounts at various local establishments and receive membership to the Alliance for Better Nonprofits.
The Young Professionals of Knoxville accept new members each spring and fall. Annual dues for new members are $200, and are $100 for returning members.
