Knoxville Chamber to host sixth annual Endeavor Summit virtually on October 21st; In-person registration event on October 20th at DICK’s House of Sport
The Knoxville Chamber and presenting sponsor Bank of America will play host to hundreds of young professionals and emerging leaders from across Knoxville at the 2021 Endeavor Summit, to be held virtually on October 21st with an in-person registration event on October 20th.
“Why Knoxville” is the theme for this year’s Endeavor Summit, highlighting the benefits of building a life and career in the Knoxville area. The Summit will aim to encourage young professionals to engage with their community and take ownership of their professional growth and goals. The two-day event is a collaboration of the region’s business, non-profit, and maker communities.

WHAT: Registered attendees are invited to get geared up before the Endeavor Summit at Summit registration. Complimentary to-go meals will be provided during lunch hours, along with photo opportunities and an interactive art exhibit. Attendees will have the ability to explore the DICK’s House of Sport field and are also invited to attend the One Knoxville soccer league game that evening.

2021 Endeavor Summit presented by Bank of America

Jenn Dolfi, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Management, and Treasurer Dave Wallace from Dick’s Sporting Goods will highlight the Endeavor Summit, delivering a keynote address to attendees on the Summit’s “Why Knoxville” message.
Ashleigh Christian, Director of Investor Development for the Knoxville Chamber, and Lina Kornmeyer, Knoxville Market Executive for Bank of America—the Summit’s presenting sponsor, will deliver opening and closing remarks.
Three virtual break-out sessions throughout the day will spur dynamic discussions and empower attendees to grow personally and professionally while investing in the local community.
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Session includes Azsha White of the Knoxville Asian Festival; Clarence Vaughn III from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville; Cristina Cáceres from Centro Hispano de East Tennessee; John Camp with Knox Pride and Josh Loebner from Designsensory. The “Made for Knoxville” session moderated by the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center will convene “solopreneurs”, makers, growth stage tech companies, investors, and established institutions from the Made for Knoxville storytelling initiative. Session 3, “Knoxville: Life Redefined”, features Amelea Everett from Volunteer East Tennessee, Carol Evans from the Legacy Parks Foundation and Cierra Bussard with Fun with Friends – Knoxville.

Between sessions, Lifetime Products will be giving away door prizes, including kayaks and coolers, to encourage young professionals to engage with Knoxville’s outdoor assets. Following the Summit, attendees will have access to bonus content, including a panel discussion on mental health in the workplace.
