When: Wednesday, March 9 | 5 – 7 p.m.
Where: New Harvest Park Community Center, 4775 New Harvest Lane, Knoxville, TN 37918
Northeast Knox neighborhood advocates Ronnie Collins, Kevin Murphy and Lisa Starbuck are co-hosting a Meet-n-Greet for Kim Frazier at New Harvest Park. Frazier is running for County Commission, At-Large Seat 11 in the Republican Primary on May 3rd.
Frazier, a Hardin Valley resident, has been holding meetings around Knox County to listen to concerns and learn about issues affecting different districts. As an At-Large commissioner, Frazier will represent residents in all of the county’s districts.
Frazier has been active in neighborhood meetings for developments in the Gibbs, Corryton, Ritta and Tazewell Pike area, as well as other parts of Knox County, where she has helped neighborhoods learn about the rezoning process. She is a co-founder of the Knox County Planning Alliance, which advocates for planned growth in Knox County.
Many residents have expressed concern about how development in the rural area of the county will impact them – how it will affect traffic, schools, flooding, taxes, and quality of life. This meeting is a great opportunity to meet Frazier and let her know about issues affecting your area.
If you can’t make it to the meeting, her website www.electkimfrazier.com has a lot of info about her or you can watch this video for more information.
