Keep Knoxville Beautiful North Clean-Up is Saturday

Keep Knoxville Beautiful will host the fifth annual North Knoxville Community Clean-Up on Saturday, March 4, 9 a.m.- noon. The event will kick off at Northgate Plaza, 4212 N. Broadway.

The North Knoxville Community Clean-Up is KKB’s largest cleanup effort in North Knoxville each year. KKB is now seeking groups and individuals to participate in the 2023 cleanup. Registration is closed, but if you would still like to participate and volunteer please contact Amanda Seale at amanda@keepknoxvillebeautiful.org or 865-521-6957.

Leaders from North Knoxville neighborhoods and local community organizations will collect clean-up supplies at the home base in Northgate Plaza and then return to volunteers waiting at their designated locations to pick up litter. Participating groups include Old North Knox, Inc, North Hills Neighborhood Watch, UT Scabbard and Blade, and L&N STEM Key Club.

Individuals who do not have an official group will participate in a KKB cleanup at Northgate Plaza and along First Creek.
