SKNBC Sponsors Conversation on Knoxville’s Tree Canopy

South Knoxville Neighborhood & Business Coalition (SKNBC) is sponsoring a meeting for all South Knoxville neighbors to learn about the Knoxville Urban Forest Master Plan process and give input on the future of the tree canopy in Knoxville. The meeting will be on Monday, April 10, at 6 p.m. at the Ijams Nature Center Community Room, 2915 Island Home Ave.

There will be time to hear a presentation about the status of trees in the city, as well as matters that will affect the city for many years to come. The presentation will be followed by time for questions and answers.  Light refreshments will be served.
