Morning Pointe of Knoxville Assisted Living Receives Company’s Community Outreach Award
Morning Pointe Senior Living leadership recognized Morning Pointe of Knoxville Assisted Living on Dec. 4 with its Community Outreach Award for 2024.
The award was presented at Morning Pointe’s annual awards ceremony and holiday banquet in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where the company is based. It recognizes service to community seniors and excellence in helping families through the transitions of the aging process. Morning Pointe of Knoxville has a strong presence in the local community and a high level of trust among residents and their families. The community also has the third highest volunteer base in the company.
Kristy Ritch, senior executive director at Morning Pointe of Knoxville, accepted the award on behalf of her community. “We are so proud of our team making our community a place where seniors in our Knoxville area can find the services they need in an environment that feels like home,” she said. “Thank you to our greater community for your support and for trusting us to care for our amazing seniors. They have given so much, and we find great fulfillment in giving back to them.”
“Morning Pointe Senior Living strives to not only meet residents’ physical needs but also to be a support for these residents and their families,” said Greg A. Vital, president and co-founder of Morning Pointe Senior Living. “When you walk through the doors at Morning Pointe of Knoxville, you can tell immediately that it is not just an assisted living ‘facility’; it is a warm and friendly home where residents and associates become close like family.”
