As a journalist I have to wonder what message Mrs. Rowcliffe is sending our youth? I mean if a student gets caught cheating on a test they get punished. However, when the president of the PTA who is also a school board candidate glorifies a NCAA INVESTIGATION CERTIFIED LIAR AND  CHEATER,  well  how is that a good thing.
