In this cause, it appearing from the affidavit that the residence of the Defendant is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, such that ordinary service of process cannot be had upon him; it is therefore
ORDERED that publication of this order be made for four consecutive weeks in The Knoxville Focus, a newspaper published in Knox County, Tennessee, notifying the Defendant that she is required to answer and make defense to the Complaint in the office of the Chancery Court of Tennessee in Grainger County, located at Rutledge, within 30 days after the fourth weekly publication of this order and that, upon her failure so to do, the Complaint will be taken as admitted by him.
