Beginner’s Knitting Class with Jane Peoples

Students will learn the 3 basic knitting techniques: casting on, knit stitch and binding off. Students will start a project created from the knit stitch. Class will include written materials, demonstrations and one-on-one teaching. Materials will be provided. Instructor, Jane Peoples is a Certified Craft Yarn Council Instructor with over 20 years of knitting experience. She has been teaching students basic knitting skills since 2015. Handbuilding with Clay with Janet McCracken

Students will learn the basics of creating forms out of clay covering pinch pots, the slab roller, coil pots, creating textures and more! This class is suitable for those who have never taken a class in clay and for those with some clay experience who would like to continue to explore the many facets of working with clay. All Levels Welcome. Member Rate: $85 | Non-Member Rate: $95 | Material Fee: $30 payable to the instructor. Includes: 25 lbs of clay, glaze and firing. $40 for bags of clay thereafter.
