City Seeks Input to Develop Its Five-Year Consolidated Plan

The City of Knoxville is seeking public input to develop its Five-Year Consolidated Plan and will host a public meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 6 p.m. at the City’s Public Works Service Center, 3131 Morris Ave. The meeting will also be held virtually via Zoom. The Zoom link will be available at www.knoxvilletn.gov/consolidat
People attending will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on draft Funding Priorities during the meeting. All are welcome to this open event. If you are unable to attend, your feedback is still welcome.
The 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan will set funding priorities for an expected $15M+ (over five years) of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Solutions Grant dollars for affordable housing, homelessness, economic development, and other community development activities. The Plan is due to HUD on May 15, 2025.
