South Knoxville businesses are reeling after this week’s announcement that the Henley Street bridge will remain closed through February of 2014. The Focus caught up with Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett today, who informed us that he intends to request tax relief from Nashville for those businesses affected by the closure.
