The North Hills Garden Club will host a Garden Tour on Saturday, May 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A rain date has been set for May 14. In the event of rain, check the club’s Facebook page for postponement details. The event is open to the public.
The tour will feature seven private residential gardens located along the historic neighborhood’s boulevards. While on the tour, participants can speak directly to home owners about the various plants, flowers, hardscapes and techniques used in their gardens. Several of the gardens were recognized on the 2016 Dogwood Arts Trail.
Tickets are $10 a person on the day of the tour at: 1726 North Hills Blvd. In addition to the tour of gardens, there will be a silent auction with lots of fun and yummy items to bid on. All proceeds go back into beautification of the neighborhood’s boulevards and park.
