Police Scanner report

Halls area airbag deployment…unusual situation. KPD is asking dispatch  if a “hit and run” has been reported.  The officer has pulled over a vehicle driving around with damage to outside and airbag  deployment. Driver states they are new to the area but when the officer ran reports it came back person has lived in Knoxville since September 2009.
