“The Angel Tree program is a cornerstone of The Salvation Army’s commitment to serving our community during the holiday season,” said Major Paula Henderson, Area Commander of The Salvation Army Knoxville Area Command. “Each year, we see the incredible impact that this program has on both the recipients and the donors. It’s truly heartwarming to witness the generosity of our community and the joy that these gifts bring to children and seniors alike.”

Once registered and accepted, each Angel’s wishlist is shared with generous donors in the community who purchase and provide gifts tailored to the Angel’s needs and wishes. These gifts are then distributed to families in time for Christmas, allowing parents the joy of placing presents under the tree for their children.
