Senator Massey, Knox legislators and Mayors to hold press conference later today — Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett, Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero, Senator Becky Duncan Massey and other members of the Knox County legislative delegation will hold a press conference  regarding state aid for South Knoxville.
