West Town Mall is proud to host its back-to-school denim drive, “Do Good with Denim,” Saturday, August 13 to support sustainability and positively impact the community. On the same day, West Town Mall will be hosting its annual “Back to School Bash,” celebrating the return of school with a fashion show, crafts, snacks and more. The first 100 attendees at the event will receive a free goody bag, while supplies last.

In collaboration with Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries, West Town Mall invites shoppers during the busy back-to-school season to drop off their new or gently used denim-exclusive clothing of all sizes to be recycled.

Shoppers will be able to contribute any type of denim apparel items to the Do Good with Denim drive; jeans, jackets, shirts, skirts and more. All denim should be dropped off in the JC Penney court from 12-3 p.m. All donated denim products will then be sent to Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries, where they will be donated to local families in need.

West Town Mall will also be hosting its annual “Back to School Bash”, where families can enjoy a fashion show featuring the hottest back-to-school looks, vendors, crafts, snacks, music and more. The first 100 attendees will receive a goody bag, while supplies last.
