10th Annual Rocky Hill Christmas Parade & Festival returns December 7
Knoxville’s holiday event of the season, the Annual Rocky Hill Christmas Parade & Festival, returns for its 10th year, ready to bring the holiday spirit on Saturday, December 7, 2024. This year’s celebration promises to be the biggest yet, lighting up the season with an exciting mix of live music, interactive elements, the infamous parade, and more!
The festivities kick off at 3:30 p.m. at Rocky Hill Center, featuring a holiday market with local artisans and a variety of food trucks. Attendees can enjoy activities like face painting, photo booths, kids’ crafts, and even a storytime reading by the Grinch!
Live music will start at 4 p.m. with an incredible lineup, including performances by Tinca Tinca and Josiah and the Greater Good.
At 6 p.m., the much-anticipated parade will begin, showcasing incredible floats, local marching bands, community groups, and Santa Claus himself. Santa will also lead a festive tree lighting immediately following the parade—a time the kids won’t want to miss!
Admission to the Rocky Hill Christmas Parade and Festival is free. Get there early, parking fills up fast.
The Parade begins at the Rocky Hill Ballpark, continues past Rocky Hill Elementary, travels down Morrell, and turns onto Northshore, concluding at Rocky Hill Baptist Church.

The Gibbs Ruritan Club is inviting groups to take part in the 14th Annual Gibbs Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 1. The club is looking for teams, clubs, church groups, cars, trucks, tractors, horses and floats to get involved.
The parade starts at 2:30 p.m. at Gibbs High School and ends at the Cedar Springs Baptist Church parking lot. The lineup is at 1:45 that afternoon and the entry fee is canned food or cash donations for the Corryton Food Pantry.
