2023 Gibbs High School Gathering

Schools are out, and summer is underway! It is time for vacations—-cookouts—-and reunions! To all Gibbs High School Alumni—save the date for a multiclass reunion this year!

Last year’s GHS reunion was a huge success. The coordinators from the GHS Class of ’71 said plans are to have another one this year on Saturday, July 29, 2023, 4:30-8:30 p.m., Corryton Church, 7615 Foster Road, Corryton, Tennessee 37721. The dress code is “very casual summer.” Food trucks will be available onsite for food purchases. Tables will be set up inside Corryton Church for those who want to avoid the warm temperatures outdoors. Anyone who wishes to sit outside may bring their own lawn chairs.

The planning committee is actively contacting classes starting with 1973 back. However, the event welcomes ALL Gibbs High School Alumni to attend, so please share with everyone you know. The no-charge event is a great time to relax, enjoy the summer, and reconnect with “old” friends from school days gone by.
